We built Pavira around straightforward logistics as much as around capsule formulation. This policy explains cooling-off rights for qualifying consumers in the European Union, hygiene-driven limitations applicable to sealed ingestibles, the step sequence for mailing goods back, timelines for crediting payment methods, and what to do when a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete. It supplements the contract terms and should be read beside them.

Who qualifies as a consumer
A consumer is an individual acting outside trade, business, craft, or profession under Directive 2011/83/EU as transposed locally. If you purchase exclusively for resale, different commercial restocking charges may apply as described in quotations we issue offline. Mixed orders split into consumer and professional lines follow the stricter regime for the consumer portion.
Cooling-off window
Fourteen days from the day you physically receive the final item in a multi-parcel shipment without needing to cite a reason.
Hygiene carve-out
Opened food supplements whose safety seal is broken may lose withdrawal rights where law permits—read labels before puncturing.
Exercising withdrawal
Email us a clear statement listing order number, items affected, and whether you prefer refund or replacement when stock permits. The EU model withdrawal form is optional; your own wording suffices if it unambiguously requests cancellation. We confirm receipt within two business days where volume allows.
Return shipment logistics
Unless we proactively prepaid a label because we erred, you organize return carriers and insurance for high-value boxes. Keep drop-off receipts until refund settles. Using untracked mail is at your risk if the package vanishes en route.
Condition standards
Resalable merchandise should arrive with cartons, leaflets, and promotional inserts included if they shipped originally. Reasonable trial of outer packaging is fine; partial consumption voids return except where the product was defective independent of taste preference.
Refund mechanics
We reimburse all payments received including outbound standard delivery charges when the full order returns. Deductions apply if you chose express upgrade purely as an optional upsell. Refunds hit the original payment instrument unless impossible, in which case we propose a traceable alternative you accept in writing.
Processing clock
After goods arrive at our warehouse, inspection typically finishes within five business days, followed by bank-dependent posting delays you may observe as pending transactions. Legal ceiling remains fourteen days post receipt unless we have consumer-friendly corporate standards exceeding law.
Notify
Send withdrawal email quoting SKUs and photos if outer shipper was crushed in transit.
Ship back
Use instructions we return, including RMA codes if we assign them for warehouse routing.
Funds release
We ping processors the same day approval logs finalize; banks may need additional cycles on weekends.
Non-conformity and legal guarantees
Beyond withdrawal, EU consumers enjoy remedies under national guarantee law if goods lack conformity at delivery even if defect surfaces later within limitation periods. Tell us about off odors, suspicious contamination, or broken child-resistant caps immediately with imagery so we can batch-trace upstream lots.
Business purchasers
B2B returns follow negotiated Incoterms and reseller agreements. Absent writing, we accept returns only for manifest quality escapes reported within seventy-two hours of delivery.
Environmental note
Where feasible we consolidate partial refunds digitally to reduce paper, but we mail formal credit notes if accounting partners require paper trails.
